All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Early Bird registration is available until 28th February 2026.
Standard registration fees apply after this date.

ASO and Overseas Orthodontic Student
Registration is complimentary for all current Australian University ASO Orthodontic Student who are ASO Student Members. Overseas Orthodontic Students are welcome to register at the current student rate. The Stanley Wilkinson Oration and ASO Gala Dinner will be an additional cost for all students.
This rate is applicable to all orthodontic students registered only in the 2026 Program. Those that graduated in 2025 need to register at the recent graduate rate.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations before 28 February 2028 - There will be a cancellation fee of AU$150.
Cancellations from 1 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 1 May 2026 will not receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances as above, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Congress Registration Team.

Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Congress, you must notify us in writing by email.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment by Credit Card
Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “The Meeting People Pty Ltd”.
Payment via Invoice/Electronic Funds Transfer
If you are unable to pay by credit card, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation containing details to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer.
FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.
LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the Australian Society of Orthodontists and the Meeting Managers of the 30th Australian Orthodontic Congress - The Meeting People Pty Ltd and Event Studio Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
