How to Book Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.

Block Hotel Bookings held by the Event Manager can be booked via the ASO 2026 registration process. This includes bookings for the Pan Pacific, Crowne Plaza, Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, Hyatt Centric Melbourne, Crown Promenade Melbourne and Waterfront Melbourne Apartments. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 19 April 2026, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

If you have already registered for the ASO 2026 Conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 19 April 2026), please contact the Registration Team at ASO2026@eventstudio.com.au quoting ASO 2026 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.

Amending Accommodation Bookings

For bookings made through the Registration Team, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 19 April 2026) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 19 April 2026) must be written via email to ASO2026@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote ASO 2026 Accommodation in your email.

Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Each hotel has differing terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood individual payment and cancellation policies before booking.

BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS are held by the ASO Event Team and can be booked conveniently via the ASO 2026 registration form. The Registration Team - Event Studio have negotiated a special ASO 2026 rate specifically for delegates attending.

Terms and Conditions for the Pan Pacific Hotel

Payment Policy:

  • Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (19 April 2026) and full payment will be charged by the hotel on this day 

  • VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted and are subject to a 1.25% merchant fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 19th April 2026).  

  • Any cancellation made within 30 days prior (From 20th April onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).  

  • Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).  

Other:

  • Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. 

  • Breakfast can be added for $34.00 per person per night

  • Self-Parking from$35.00 per day

  • Valet Parking from $65.00 per day

  • Any cancellation made within 30 days prior (From 20th April onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).  

  • Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking). 

Other:

  • Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. 

  • Breakfast can be added for $35.00 per person per night

  • Car-Parking can be arranged at $50.00 for24 hours with unlimited entry and exit

  • Remaining fees will be charged at check in.

  • All cards are accepted and are subject to a 1.5% merchant fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 12th May 2026).  

  • Any cancellation made within 7 days prior (From 13th May onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).  

  • Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking). 

Other:

  • Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am. 

  • Car-Parking available on the property for $35 per day

  • No Breakfast options available however apartments are self-contained with a kitchen, utensils, fridge, oven, stove top and microwave
